At Nurture Family Dental, we’re committed to supporting the community we serve. As a family-focused practice, we value strong local connections and strive to give back through ethical, positive, and charitable efforts. From partnering with local organizations to participating in outreach and events, we’re proud to stand with our neighbors—both in times of joy and in times of need.
Smiles for Freedom
We proudly host an annual Smiles for Freedom event. A day dedicated to providing free dentistry to veterans, active-duty military, and first responders in our community.
It’s our way of saying thank you to those who serve and protect us. So far, we’ve been honored to give back over $50,000 in free dental care through this initiative and we’re just getting started.
Because serving smiles is our way of serving those who serve others.
Fund A Life
We’re proud to be Mission Partners with Fund A Life, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome major life-altering circumstances. Whether it’s a medical crisis, financial hardship, or unexpected tragedy, Fund A Life steps in to offer hope, support, and meaningful assistance.
Through this partnership, we’re committed to giving back to the community that gives so much to us because changing lives goes beyond just smiles!
St. Patrick School and Catholic Church
Our connection to St. Patrick School and Catholic Church is deeply personal. Both Dr. Kuras and Dr. Dunbar have children who attend the school, and their families are active members of the parish community.
We’re proud to partner with St. Patrick’s in support of faith, family, and education. We’re committed to giving back to the community that means so much to our own!
Greater Brighton Area Chamber
Nurture Family Dental is a proud member of the Greater Brighton Area Chamber, which is made up of three other divisions, The Whitmore Lake, Pinckney, Putnam, Hamburg, Hell and Lyon Area Chambers of Commerce, . Being part of this organizations allows us to stay connected, support fellow local businesses, and give back to the community we serve.
Through networking, events, and outreach, we’re committed to growing alongside our Brighton neighbors and contributing to a thriving Livingston County.
Howell Chamber of Commerce
Nurture Family Dental is also a proud member of the Howell Chamber of Commerce. Our involvement helps us stay engaged with the local Howell business community, support shared initiatives, and continue serving the area we call home.
